Sign in to delete your accountCan't sign in? Email [email protected] from the address on your account, and we'll delete it within 30 days.
What's deleted
- Your account: your name, email address and password, the link to your Google or Microsoft sign-in, and your calendar feed
- The conventions you watch, your notification settings, and the consents you gave
- My Season: the applications you track, with their costs and notes
- Your products, packing lists, sales and expenses
- Your costumes and cosplay checklists
- Your Who's Tabling profile and listings, the artists you saved or follow, and your followers
- The people you blocked, and reports you made or that were made about your listings
- Organizer claims and organizer access
- Problem reports and feedback you sent while signed in
- On the phone or computer you delete it from, the copy Table Mode keeps for working offline
What's kept
- Report cards you published stay up, without your name.
- Conventions you suggested stay in the directory, with nothing linking them to you.
- A problem report that already became a support ticket stays with our support team, as correspondence.
- A Pro subscription is cancelled at once: nothing more is charged, and the rest of the month isn't refunded. Stripe, which handles payments, keeps its own payment records as the law requires.
- Security logs, which identify accounts by a code rather than a name or email address, are kept for up to 24 months.
- Database backups made before you deleted your account expire within 30 days.
Only want fewer emails? Change your notification settings instead; your account stays. How we handle your data is in our privacy policy.
