ArtistAlly

For Convention Organizers

Artists and vendors are planning their season around your convention's dates. Claim it and make sure what they see is right — free, and it takes a few minutes.

Your convention is probably already listed

ArtistAllytracks conventions across 51 metro areas in the US and Canada. We collect public details automatically — dates, venue, registration windows, table costs, hotel blocks — so artists can compare and plan. Automated collection gets things wrong, and it can't know what you haven't announced yet. That's what claiming fixes.

What you get

  • Correct your details directly. Dates, venue and address, website, artist-alley and vendor registration windows and URLs, table costs, portfolio and table-share policy, and hotel block dates.
  • Your edits are permanent. Anything you set is marked organizer-verified and is never overwritten by our automated collection afterwards.
  • An organizer-verified badge on your event, so artists know the details came from you rather than from a scraper.
  • Your audience. See how many artists are watching your event, how many are tracking applications, and your published reviews.
  • Every edition, not just this year.A claim covers the convention, so when next year's dates are listed you already manage them.

How claiming works

  1. Find your convention in the directory and open its page.
  2. Click “Run this convention? Claim it” and tell us your role plus something that shows you represent the event — a staff-page link that names you, or your official convention email.
  3. A human reviews every claim.We don't hand over a convention's listing automatically.
  4. Once approved, your console is at /organizer.

The fine print, honestly

  • It's free. There's no organizer tier, and claiming doesn't put you on a sales list.
  • You control logistics, not the listing itself.Event name, URL, and approval status stay with us, so a claim can't be used to hide or rewrite a convention.
  • Reviews stay independent.Claiming lets you see artist reviews of your event; it doesn't let you remove them.
  • Not listed at all? Suggest your conventionand we'll add it.
